Is there a contract?+
Yes. Ongoing monthly support requires a service agreement so expectations, scope, communication, and payment are clear for both of us.
What happens to unused package hours?+
Unused hours may roll into the immediately following monthly period only. After that period, they expire and are not credited or refunded.
Are meetings included in my hours?+
Yes. Calls, meetings, and project communication are part of the time dedicated to your business and count toward purchased hours.
Do you offer rush or weekend support?+
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET. Limited Saturday support beginning at 1:00 p.m. may be available. Accepted rush work carries a 25% fee and is prepaid.
How can I pay?+
Accepted payment options include Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and cash. Your agreement and invoice will confirm the final details.
